When I teach, the goal is not simply to “finish the programme”. The programme matters, but a classroom is not a single block. It is made of different students, different rhythms, different fears and different ways of understanding.

That is why a good lesson must keep two things together: the common learning path and the attention to the individual student. Everyone needs a direction, but each student also needs to feel that there is a way in.

Relationship before content

Trust comes before technique. If students feel judged before they even try, they close up. If they understand that mistakes are part of learning, they can ask questions and try again.

I use communication tools inspired by NLP in a practical way: active listening, clear questions, examples close to the student’s life, a calm tone and the ability to explain the same concept differently. The aim is not manipulation, but connection.

Real authority

I do not believe in pretending to be perfect. A teacher can say “I made a mistake” or “let me explain it another way” without losing authority. In fact, this often teaches something deeper: learning is possible without shame.

From knowledge to skills

The best result is not a silent class that nods. It is a class that tries, makes mistakes, asks questions and gradually becomes more confident.
